G-batteries aims at providing safe delivery of our goods and excellent services to our customers. We have our own mission, to ensure quick and efficient delivery service. In order to be more clear and avoid any misunderstandings, we would like those customers who prefer to pay through "Bank Transfer" to write down the name G-batteries, Order Number and your family name in the description. Overseas bank transfer is usually subject to a service charge, which is borne by customers. Please contact your bank for details.

Cash on Delivery Postman collects the amount of invoice upon delivery of the goods.

We also accept orders from the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Czech Republic.

*For all COD orders inside Germany, the Deutsche Post AG (DHL) addtionally charges you 2,00 EUR on delivery directly; for all COD orders outside of Germany,he addtionally charges you 20,00 EUR. (This charge is not included in the invoice)

At your absence the postman will leave you a pick-up note, which is quite small and can easily be mixed with advertising materials or spam post, which might be undesirable for you and thrown away. You are therefore reminded to pay extra attention to your incoming post after your order is confirmed, so that you would not miss the pick-up note and your order!

Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional Delivery and Service Charges so incurred. When the 2nd Delivery and Service Charges are required for a replacement or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted, nor would they be returned.
